For real estate agents
QR codes for real estate signs that count every scan.
When a seller asks how many people looked at the sign, show them. Put a dynamic code on each rider and flyer, track scans per listing, and move the code to your next listing when this one sells.

One code per sign rider
Name each code by listing or sign location, like '412 Elm · yard sign' and '412 Elm · flyer', so sign traffic and flyer traffic stay separate.
Point it at the listing
Send scans to your Zillow, MLS or own listing page. Change the destination any time without reprinting.
Bring numbers to the seller
The dashboard shows total scans, scans by day and hour, city and device for each code. Screenshot it for your weekly seller update.
Reuse the rider
When the house sells, point the same code at your next listing. The rider pays for itself after the first reuse.
Why not a free QR generator?
A free static code is fine for a one-off flyer. On a sign rider it has two problems: you can't see how many people scanned it, and it points at one listing forever. When that house sells, the rider is either reprinted or sends buyers to a dead page.
A dynamic code fixes both. Need a code for a single flyer today? The free generator still works. More detail in our guide to real estate QR code tracking. Want ad retargeting from sign scans? See GA4 and Meta pixel tracking.
Real estate FAQ
How do real estate agents use QR codes?
Mostly on yard sign riders, listing flyers, open house sign-in sheets and postcards. A dynamic code sends buyers to the listing page and counts every scan, so you know which marketing gets used.
Can I reuse a QR code sign rider for a new listing?
Yes, if it's a dynamic code. Change the destination URL in your dashboard and the printed rider now opens the new listing. Static codes from free generators can't be changed.
Can I show sellers how many people scanned the sign?
Yes. Each code has its own analytics page with total scans, scans over time, time of day, city and device. Many agents screenshot it for a weekly seller update.
Will scans show which buyer scanned?
No. Scans are anonymous: you see when, roughly where (city) and on what device, not who. To capture buyer details, point the code at a page with a contact form.
Which plan suits a solo agent?
Starter covers 20 codes for $15 a month, enough for several listings with a sign and flyer code each. Pro adds your own domain on the short link, like go.yourname.com, and GA4 and Meta pixels for retargeting.
